Melinda brings over 25 years of experience in IT specializing in financial management and applications software development in the commercial and federal government markets. Her strengths are a strong customer focus, ability to work across functional teams, ability to work efficiently to create repeatable processes, and commitment to continual process improvement.
Her experience includes a variety of roles as a consultant and manager supporting change management initiatives for a major carrier, leading a group of developers and analysts at a niche telecommunications provider, and managing a $60M wide area network budget at a Federal agency.
Melinda has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Clemson University. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).
