LanChi brings over 20 years of IT management experience in the commercial and Federal government markets. Her strong customer focus and ability to manage cross-functional teams produce high value results for organizations.
LanChi is highly proficient in project management of large-scale infrastructure projects, including voice services, LAN, WAN, and data center build outs. She effectively manages vendors in order to achieve innovation and high-quality technology capabilities at cost effective prices for customers.
LanChi also serves as Hill Associate’s Facility Security Officer (FSO). She has a proven record of administering United States government security policies and procedures, managing Defense Security Service (DSS) annual inspections, achieving high ratings. LanChi oversees the security program, and develops and executes training programs and security measures to ensure all requirements are in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) procedures.
LanChi has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Marymount University.
